On the 14/06 one of our own, Paul Powell swam the English Channel for charity as part of 6-person team. Everything was going well until the last 3 hours saw rough seas and high winds pick up. It was at this point they almost lost the swim, but after some solid swimming they managed to get to France after 15hr 39mins. Paul will be attempting his own solo swim next Aug between the 18th-25th 2018. Any donations to the RNLI would be kindly received.
